Creating a Clarity Connect agent

Creating an Agent Account

  1. Login to your Clarity Connect Admin Console at
  2. Click on Agent Management > Agent Profiles.
  3. Click the Create button to start the process.
  4. From the Setup New Agent screen, provide the following information:
    1. First Name - The first name of the agent
    2. Last Name - The last name of the agent
    3. Team (Optional) - The team the agent will belong to.
    4. Public Name - The name that will be displayed in chat sessions.
    5. Email (Optional) - The email address of the agent.
    6. Login Id - The account that will be used by the agent for login to Clarity Connect.  We recommend this be the same as their Lync/SIP account.
    7. Phone Number - The phone number of the agent
    8. Sip URI - The Lync SIP URI of the agent in the format
    9. Skill Assignments - The skills that will be assigned to the agent.  This will determine which queues the agent will participate in.
  1. When completed click Save.
