Adjust audio device settings and check call quality

  1. Open Lync, and, in the lower-left corner of the Lync main window, click the Audio Device menu  LyncAudioDeviceIcon.png.
  2. Click Audio Device Settings.
  3. Under Audio device, adjust your speaker, microphone and ringer.
  4. Click the Check Call Quality button and verify the quality of the call.
  5. Follow the prompts to record and play back a test call quality check.
  6. Click the OK button when finished.
